I imagine the Pennants are adorable but will never know. I ordered them for a shower gift (out of state) and have received numerous extremely LONG emails from the company and they are addressed to the recipient, not me...the purchaser! I was willing to make a (much) larger order if I received both free shipping and my 10% off as a first-time customer. The co. kept on sending me emails saying I'd get the discounts, but they only would give me one or the other. I probably should not have ordered at all, but I gave in and ordered the pennants because they were on the recipient's wish list. Very frustrating and poor business practices from Lucy Darling.
