
With St. Patrick’s Day just around the corner,
it’s the perfect time for a festive and delicious DIY!
Today, we’re making Rainbow Fruit Pizza with a Pot of Gold—a treat that’s both fun to make and packed with fresh flavors.
I felt so lucky to do this project with our Marketing Director's nephew, Rocco.
He’s such a sweetheart and always so much fun to be around. Plus, he made his own fruit pizza!

St.Patty's Day Fruit Pizza
What You'll Need:

Pie crust
-
Vanilla yogurt
-
Fruit: Strawberries, blueberries,
canned pineapple, canned oranges, kiwi, apple

RAINBOW FRUIT INSTRUCTIONS:
Step 1

Roll out the pie crust gently.
Step 2

Cut it into a rainbow shape.
Step 3

Bake according to the
instructions on the pie crust packaging.
Step 4

While it’s baking, slice the fruit.
Step 5

Let the crust cool for about 5 minutes after baking.
Step 6

Spread a layer of vanilla yogurt over the crust.
Step 7
Arrange the fruit in a rainbow pattern on top.


POT OF GOLD INSTRUCTIONS:
Step 1

Cut an apple in half lengthwise.
Step 2

Trim the top of one half to create a flat surface.
Step 3

Pile pineapple chunks on top of the apple to create a golden "pot" at the end of your rainbow.

Now, serve, and enjoy
this festive treat! 🍀🌈
