Thanksgiving Free Printable Activity Sheets

Thanksgiving Free Printable Activity Sheets

Happy November! This month we’re thinking a lot about gatherings, gratitude, and creating intentional moments with our little ones as we prepare for the holiday season.

This time of year it’s so fun to do festive activities with kiddos. We have a free printable that’s both easy, fun, and an educational tool for you. It’s perfect for Fall and Thanksgiving.

Download and print our 3 page printable here.

For supplies you'll need:

  • Crayons or markers
  • Scissors
  • Glue
  • Cotton balls
  • Paint, q-tips or painting sponges are optional

We had so much fun coloring in our turkey’s feathers. When we were finished we cut them out and placed on a paper tube, but you can easily glue the cut out feathers to the back of your turkey and hang on the fridge or wall.

These are a great addition to a kid’s Rainbow themed party. Write a name on the turkey to use them as a table setting!

Plan an easy party by using our Party in a Box that comes with all of the plates, napkins, and cups you need. Keep an eye out for a fun Rainbow themed party for kids on our social media!

I think my little one loved the tree activity most because we used paint! Feel free to use crayons or marker on this sheet as well. First, I let her pick the colors she wanted. Then we used qtips to dot “leaves” on our page. Finger paints or cut pieces of paper would be so fun here too. This is a great chance to talk about colors and leaves falling during autumn while we prepare for winter.

Next, we pulled out cotton balls to use our pie sheet for counting. Each pie has a number, we added that many cotton balls to each pie! Mini marshmallows would be fun as a counting tool as well. Alternatively, you can cut out your pies and count them that way, and even cut out slices.

If you loved these printables, download more! We have a second set of printables you can use for counting, and talking about a family recipe in this blog post. Save these for years to come - pin this image to download and do again next year!
